Individuals, Chapters and Organizations dedicated to recognizing superior thinking, creativity, philanthropy and execution across the full spectrum of customer engagement functions have been honored.

The Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) held its Annual Awards Luncheon at their 2013 Convention and Expo themed, “Driving Solutions for Today’s Customer Interactions” that was held March 10th – 13th at the magnificent Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, AZ.

“Each year, we take time to recognize the best and the brightest in the customer engagement industry,” stated PACE CEO, Phil Grudzinski. “It is through these types of members that PACE has truly been able to set the industry standards as high as they are.”
