On Tuesday, April 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Scott Auditorium at MetroHealth Medical Center, The Center for Health Affairs will release the results of its county-wide health needs survey at Cuyahoga County Health Check: An Overview of Results from the 2012 Community Health Needs Assessment.
The results of this county-wide survey will be released to the public for the first time at this community event which is free to attend and open to the public. Legislators and media are encouraged to attend, as well as members of the healthcare community.
More than 20 health topics will be covered at this Cuyahoga County Health Check. The Center for Health Affairs will be tweeting from @neohospitals prior to and during this event, using #CountyHealthCheck.
