Industry Veteran Damiano Albanese Leads New Outsourcing Services.

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) has officially launched their Outsource Retail Building Facilities Environmental Due Diligence Group. This group was developed to assist building facility managers with the complex task of managing risk and compliance of environmental regulations for multiple location portfolios. Leading this new service is industry veteran Damiano Albanese, a former national Environmental Compliance Manager at a Fortune 50 corporation with experience in Emergency Planning and Natural Disaster Response. Damiano has managed over 6,000 facilities nationwide.

Today’s building facility managers must maintain a cutting edge knowledge of a variety of environmental regulations to effectively manage risk and maintain compliance of their facilities. PM specializes in Outsource Solutions for building facility managers to maintain compliance with environmental regulations. Industry veteran, Damiano Albanese also serves as the North Atlantic Regional Manager out of the New Jersey Office and has over 23 years of experience in Environmental Risk Management. Before joining PM, Albanese was responsible for ensuring environmental compliance for a real estate portfolio of over 6,000 corporate and retail facilities nationwide for JPMorgan Chase, and as an Environmental Enforcement Agent, has conducted hundreds of environmental compliance audits and inspections at hazardous waste generating facilities and served as a senior member of the Bergen County Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team. With this experience Albanese offers a unique perspective on environmental compliance relative to a national footprint and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
