5 Star Legacy, with their founding sponsor, Synergy Worldwide, recently held a charity event in the northern highlands of Vietnam. With the support of local Vietnamese Synergy team members, doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other volunteers, 5 Star Legacy was able to bring medical and health check ups deep into the mountains of the highlands.

On April 3rd, near Mai Chau, Vietnam, over 500 men, women and children received health check ups, many of them for the first time in years. After the check up and if needed, the doctors prescribed medicines purchased by 5 Star Legacy Foundation. Everyone also received pamphlets containing health and hygiene information and tips as well as nutritional products donated by Synergy Worldwide.

Synergy Worldwide, a health and nutrition company based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and founding sponsor of 5 Star Legacy Foundation, donated product and services for this event. “A major part of our mission as a company is to leave a legacy. Together with 5 Star Legacy and our team members, we are able to do that in places like Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, as well as here in North America,” stated Tyler Rippy, Vice President of Synergy Worldwide.

For over 4 years, 5 Star Legacy and Synergy Worldwide have worked together to help support many causes including children’s education, health and wellness and disaster relief. “It is really great to have a partner like Synergy Worldwide. Their core mission is very much inline with ours so together with many great donors, we have been able to have a far reaching impact,” stated Mark Comer, Founder of 5 Star Legacy Foundation. “I am always amazed at the generosity and sincere concern for others that many people have.”

5 Star Legacy Foundation is now preparing for their annual golf event/fund raiser that will be held on August 28th at Thanksgiving Point Golf Course in Lehi, Utah. For more information or to register for the golf event, or to donate, visit http://www.5starlegacyfoundation.org or call 801-492-4845.
