Turbopulse.com announced today the completion of a sixty-day Les Mills Combat review, releasing the results from a trial of the latest program from Beachbody at http://www.turbopulse.com/category/les-mills-combat/
Although best-known for programs like P90X and Insanity, Les Mills Combat is a recent addition from Beachbody that focuses on martial arts style moves. The program lasts 90 days and focuses largely on cardio training and flexibility, with the added benefits of hand-eye coordination and agility improvements.
As part of the sixty-day Les Mills Combat review, the program was completed along with a reasonable 2100 calorie-per-day meal plan that emphasized fresh, natural foods including fruits and vegetables.
Over the two-month trial, the review subject lost 11 pounds and 2.25 inches from their waist. “We’re thrilled with these results,” said Jason Schubring, Team Beachbody Coach. “The program was not only challenging, but had an emphasis on fun. We can’t wait to help coach others through this great program.”
The sessions are between 30 and 60 minutes, five days per week, require no special equipment and is completed in-home. “People really love the ability to get the results without needing to go to a gym,” added Schubring.
