The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) will host “IMAGINE IT,” their Annual Gala dinner, for the first time highlighting advances in information technology that empower women to take control of their healthcare, and technology innovations from smart phone applications, to electronic health records, and imaging advancements, that will improve patient care and women’s health outcomes. The Gala will be held on APRIL 29, 2013, 6:00 - 9:00 PM at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

WHAT:

The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) annual Gala Dinner will IMAGINE the future of information technology (IT) to empower women to take control of their healthcare, and focus on technology innovations from smart phone applications, to electronic health records, and imaging advancements, to improve patient care and women’s health outcomes.

Highlights include: 8th annual SWHR-Medtronic Prize award; The Geoffery Beene Foundation “Mind the Data” Alzheimer’s Award Challenge launch; and SWHR Technology in Women’s Health Research with the Verizon Foundation.
