Leonardi Bracken Real Estate Announces Auction for The Cliffs Village at Mountain Park Commercial Development

Leonardi Bracken Real Estate Inc. announces plans to auction The Cliffs Village at Mountain Park, 19+/- acres of developed commercial land adjacent to the new Cliffs Gary Player Golf Course in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. The property has been designed to resemble an Old World European styled village. It is currently home to The Gary Player Group, Dental Retreat, and The Village Overlook. The auction will be held on-site Thursday, May 16th at 12 noon. Leonardi Bracken Real Estate will represent Cornerstone Bank, a locally owned bank.

The auction is scheduled at a time when the direction for the The Cliffs Community has become clearer. Dan Bracken with Leonardi Bracken explained, “As you drive up Hwy. 25 and Hwy. 11, you’ll notice several billboards announcing the much-anticipated opening of the new Gary Player designed golf course. That, coupled with new ownership and attractive financing, presents an exciting opportunity for someone to use this land to complete a much-needed addition to the area and Cliff’s communities. Cornerstone Bank, the seller, is offering to finance up to 75% of the purchase price. “We’ve always believed in the viability of this project. Our offer to finance the purchase speaks volumes to both our opinion of the development and the direction the new owners are taking the Cliffs. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the community,” said Susan Jolly, Senior Lender, Cornerstone National Bank

The auction will take place on the May 16th, interested parties can learn more about the auction and property by downloading an online presentation at http://www.ChooseAuction.com.
