Guys are always looking for that combination of beauty and personality

LadyTravels.com, which allows male users to coordinate meet-ups with women who desire to travel for free, released its list of the most beautiful women based on a March 2013 survey of its members. Desirable traits included having natural tans from exercising outdoors and being fit instead of just thin. CEO Ruben Cross explains, “We know that all men are different and are all looking for different kinds of traits in the women they seek. The surveys we conduct are interesting because they show men aren’t just interested in ‘traditional’ beauty.”

The men surveyed on LadyTravels.com also registered high votes for desiring inner beauty as well. Having “a fun personality,” being “easy to spend time with,” and possessing “high self-confidence,” ranked highest on men’s list of favorite personality characteristics. Least favorite were “cattiness” and focusing too much on past relationships. “Guys are looking for someone who is easy to have fun with,” said one user who had signed up during the LadyTravels Valentine's Day Special. “They’re always looking for that combination of beauty and personality.”

In addition to the survey about beauty, men also measured French and Swiss women as being the most sophisticated, and Jamaican women as being the easiest to spend time with. With the worldwide economy recovering, Cross is hoping to give men and women from locales such as these the opportunity to meet up and discover what else they find attractive in a companion. “The surveys are based a lot on perceptions that American men have about women from other places. We want to give them the opportunity to test those perceptions. You never know until you go.”
