Conservatory Outlet presented four of its dealers with ‘+95% Club’ showroom certificates at The FIT Show.
(PRWEB UK) 30 April 2013
Wakefield fabricators Conservatory Outlet used their recent appearance at the Fabricator Installer Trade (FIT) Show as not only a vehicle for showcasing their range and recruiting new dealers, but as a way of rewarding existing members exhibiting an exceptional standard of customer service.
Conservatory Outlet presented four of its dealers with ‘+95% Club’ showroom certificates at The FIT Show; awarded to those who achieved an average customer satisfaction score over 95% during the Winter 2012 – Spring 2013 period.
West Yorkshire Windows, EAS Windows, Mitchell Glass and Clearview Home Improvements were all given the award which is based on submissions made by customers via the recently implemented Conservatory Outlet online review centre.
Homeowners can now score their chosen Conservatory Outlet dealer on a variety of factors, the results of which are stored online and form the basis of a Dealer League Table. Customers who submit a review are then entered into a prize draw where they have the opportunity to win £2,500.
A Clearview Home Improvements customer recently won the top cash prize, which is drawn every quarter, at random from the hundreds of people who leave a review.
Prior to that, a Lancaster householder who employed Planet South Lakes to install a UPVC residential door walked away with the hefty pay cheque.
More awards will be introduced in due course for specific departments and specific categories of employees, such as double glazing salesmen and UPVC conservatories installers.
