Classic Party Rentals Debuts New Los Angeles Showroom

The Los Angeles branch of Classic Party Rentals gave its customers a feast for the eyes and the stomach at an open house for its new location, which featured Classic’s exciting line of rental items and the type of festive atmosphere that has become Classic’s trademark.

“What a fabulous night to showcase our brand new Los Angeles showroom,” says Trish Stevens, Classic event consultant. “Our team put together such a wonderful evening.”

The grass truly is greener at the new showroom of Classic Party Rentals’ Los Angeles location. Nearly 100 valued customers and friends were met by a lawn of green artificial turf and a hip outdoor lounge at the third-floor entrance to Classic’s newest showroom, as part of an open house designed to introduce Classic’s loyal customer family to both its new digs and its newest rental offerings. The event was held in the early evening of Tuesday, April 23rd.

Long a fixture of Culver City, Classic Los Angeles first moved to its new space near Los Angeles International Airport last July, and has spent the intervening months making over the building in its own distinct image. The 98,000 square foot warehouse and showroom had developed that peerless “Classic feel” by the time it opened its doors for the gala reception last Tuesday.

The entrance lounge consisted of an intimate enclosure of couches, tables, umbrellas and heat lamps, surrounded by Classic’s signature free-floating green hedge walls. The space was set off by a bar at one end and the entrance to the building at the other, and everything was beautified by floral arrangements. Classic’s treasured guests were met by beverages, cheeses and hors d’eouvres, as well as a live DJ.

On display inside the showroom were linens, table settings, glassware, silverware, chairs, tables and any number of the other items that make gatherings of all sizes into events to remember.

“A lot of time and talent went into designing our new showroom,” says Holly Thach, general manager of Classic Party Rentals Los Angeles. “Our open house gave us the opportunity to remind our customers all that we have to offer, not only from the product side, but also our creativity and experience.”

Designed by Wendy Creed of Wendy Creed Productions, the new showroom offers a modern backdrop that allows inventory to be showcased in a sleek, naturally lit space. The staging of these items invites customers to imagine the endless possibilities for their own upcoming events.

The special night would not have been possible without the help of many of Classic’s favorite vendors, including Foodink Catering, Argyle Event Staffing, Collage Floral, Empty Vase, Maggie Jensen Floral, Michael Walls Floral and American Turf.

As of January, Classic’s newest location has also become the company’s new corporate office, home to senior leadership and a corporate staff of 50. So Classic Los Angeles figures to be the focal point of Classic’s drive for excellence within the event rental industry for years to come.
