Lesson #5 was released today and explains how important it is to have a lawyer prepare you to answer questions from insurance adjusters and defense lawyers.

Attorney Boyk stresses the importance of having an attorney help you during the deposition and statement process, as insurance adjusters may look for a statement from victims that would help to throw out the case.
