FreelanceCoach announces the addition of a new chat feature on its website. The feature enables clients to connect with coaches, consultants, mentors, psychics and counselors immediately without having to wait for an emailed reply to their posted requests.

FreelanceCoach says it will be rolling out a new chat feature within the next month. The feature connects clients with professionals so that they can get answers to their questions immediately without waiting for an appointment. It also provides a new way for professional coaches, consultants, mentors, counselors and psychics to earn money through the popular freelance network.

FreelanceCoach Public Relations Manager Anda Tudor says the new chat feature takes the professional services they offer to the next level.
“Clients don’t want or need to wait for answers any longer,” Tudor says. “Thanks to our chat system, they can view the profiles of professionals who are online at the moment they’re seeking help. Then they just click to chat and receive help without waiting for an appointment or even leaving the comfort and privacy of their own home or office.”

All clients who join FreelanceCoach receive three free minutes of chat time with the professional of their choice free. After the first three minutes, they pay per minute of chat time. Clients who don’t necessarily want to chat immediately with a professional can also leave a message for a specific professional or post a request and have more than one professional contact them.

Professionals set their own per-minute chat rates, and they can also purchase pre-verified leads. FreelanceCoach verifies the email address of clients who post requests so that professionals know the information they purchase is accurate.

“The more often our professionals are online and waiting for clients to click and chat with them, the more money they will be able to make, especially if they browse posted requests while they wait to chat,” says Tudor. “Our chat feature will become an integral part of how online professionals do business, and we’re excited about getting the system up and running.”

The site expects to launch the new chat service by the middle of May.
