Those enterprises will then be able to execute real-time, multi-channel marketing campaigns at any stage of the customer lifecycle to optimize revenue. SmartSource will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Extraprise, and will continue to provide technology and services to its marketing service provider, digital agencies and enterprise clients. The financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
