We won't be satisfied until we hit the 99% mark consistently.

Even with sales being at an all-time high, PRO-VISION announced today that it has managed a remarkable 96% on-time delivery record during the first quarter of 2013. While this is an internal goal for the inventory and production teams, PRO-VISION is proud of this achievement since it requires all product to be shipped within three days of receiving an order.
"This is quite an accomplishment for any manufacturer, although it may meet or exceed the standards of many companies in our industry, we won't be satisfied until we hit the 99% mark consistently," said materials manager Adam Hinman. This is just one illustration of how the PRO-VISION team is dedicated to quality customer service and the importance they place on the organizations they serve.
