Laurie Martz, the President of Travel & Tours Unlimited, Inc., has been invited to attend the Global Travel Marketplace. The Global Travel Marketplace is an event to be held in Ft. Lauderdale from July 24 to July 26, 2013 that is designed to connect travel agents with global travel suppliers.

Travel & Tours Unlimited, Inc. has announced that its President, Laurie Martz, was recently invited to attend the Global Travel Marketplace in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The event will be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa from July 24 to July 26, 2013.

The Global Travel Marketplace is a boutique style event being produced by “Travel Weekly,” a leading trade magazine in the travel industry, published by Northstar Travel Media. The magazine has selected one hundred travel agents to participate in the event based on certain criteria and travel industry references.

On its website, the Global Travel Marketplace describes the program as “a new way of doing business...an elite appointment-only event that takes face-to-face meetings to the next level.” Each agent will be pre-scheduled for a minimum of 50 one-to-one meetings and presentations with global travel suppliers and various networking opportunities.
