Package All Corporation’s Warehouses are Now Fully Stocked with High-quality Glass Bottles, a Supply Chain Solution for U.S. Packaging Industry’s Production Woes

Package All Corporation has answered the packaging industry’s call for high-quality glass bottles in the United States. Their new stocking program is an essential supply chain solution for production problems that have slowed customer packaging lines with broken or out-of-round glass bottles.

Package All Corporation listened to an industry demand for high-quality glass bottles, and answered the call by developing a distribution partnership with one of the world’s largest manufacturers of rigid packaging. Package All’s amber glass stocking program is a vital supply chain solution for production problems that have slowed customer packaging lines with broken or out-of-round glass bottles.

Package All’s stocking program includes amber glass Wide Mouth Packers available in a size range from 60cc to 950cc and amber glass Boston Rounds in 1oz and 2oz capacities. Cobalt blue Packers can also be ordered in sizes from 75cc to 625cc. Amber glass Boston Rounds can also be ordered in sizes ranging from ½ oz to 32oz and in cobalt blue from ½ oz to 16oz. Also available to order are amber glass “Euro” dropper bottles with size capacities ranging from 5ml to 100ml, as well as a variety of flint food jars, spice jars and sauce bottles.

Package All currently houses glass bottles in module (MOD) packs for distribution. The MOD packs are encased in 75 gauge shrink film and to prevent glass breakage, bottles are packaged neck up in cases with a 1/8” layer of corrugated placed above and below each layer. Four vertical straps are used to bind each stacked pallet which is completely enclosed in a shrink wrapped LLDPE dust cover. Package All expects their customers to receive perfectly shaped glass bottles, not broken promises.

Glass is one of those rare packaging commodities whose elegant design catches the eye without relying on a flashy label. Besides the fact that glass is 100% recyclable and can be continually recycled without loss of quality, its appeal reaches beyond the border of sustainability with immediate star power. In addition, amber glass also has been said to protect tablets and supplements that are sensitive to light. In the end, it is clear that the visual allure, possible protection and sustainability offered by glass can enhance a brand’s shelf impact. Package All is offering an inventory solution to glass packaging production woes.

Package All Corporation is the first U.S. Packaging Distributor to earn NSF cGMP Certification and has been in the rigid packaging business since 1984, with commercial fulfillment across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. The Corporate Headquarters is located in Bayport, NY. Package All distribution centers in New York and Southern California house over 270,000 square feet of warehouse space to accommodate plastic bottles, glass bottles, containers, plastic and metal closures, pharmaceutical coil, desiccants and other related packaging products. Package All can do more than warehouse products, other services include: Just-in-Time-Delivery, Dedicated Inventory Management, Quality Control and Freight Consolidation.
