Stock Construction reports that strong sales activity in Fiddler’s Creek is prompting the builder to initiate construction on several more new homes in the luxury, master-planned community.

In the village of Majorca, Stock is building two inventory homes, the Scottsdale II and Harbourtown II. With just 19 home sites, Majorca features three- and four-bedroom floor plans with three-car garages. Most residences overlook The Creek championship golf course and have a separate formal living room. Enhancing the classical Mediterranean architecture, the village’s streets are paved with tumbled brick pavers.

Four floor plans are currently available in the village of Majorca. The Scottsdale II is a one-story residence, encompassing 2,719 air-conditioned square feet. The residence will feature three bedrooms, three baths, an adjoining living room and dining area, and a study along with a lanai. The base price of the Scottsdale II is currently $599,990.

The Harbourtown II is a one-story residence with 2,815 air-conditioned square feet. It will have a large open foyer leading to the kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, three baths, great room, study and lanai. The Harbourtown II is currently priced from $619,990.

The Pinehurst II is a one-story courtyard residence encompassing 2,890 air-conditioned square feet. It will boast a courtyard-style entrance through the open porch and pool area along with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great room, dining room and study. The home will also offer a separate cabana bedroom with attached bath. The base price of the Pinehurst II is currently $654,990.

The Greenbriar II is the largest residence offered in Majorca, encompassing 2,949 air-conditioned square feet. The home features three bedrooms and four baths situated around a central living room. There also is a family room, dining room, study, spacious outdoor living area and custom pool/spa package. The base price of the Greenbriar II is currently $629,990. A fully furnished Greenbriar II model, professional decorated by Marc-Michaels Interior Design, can be purchased as a lease back for $1,124,422.

In Mahogany Bend, Stock is building three inventory homes, the Riviera II, Ponte Vedra Grande and Muirfield III. The single-family home village features 53 luxury home sites, most offering golf course or water views. Spacious floor plans featuring four bedrooms reflect classical Mediterranean architecture along with luxury gourmet kitchens.

Three floorplans are currently available in Mahogany Bend. The Riviera II is a one-story home offering 3,174 air-conditioned square feet. The home features a large open foyer leading to the kitchen, family room and dining room. The residence offers an attractive split floor plan consisting of four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and study. Stock is also be building and introducing three new inventory homes in Isla del Sol, Victoria Grande, Chesterfield and Grand Calais II. The Regency Manor offers 3,699 air-conditioned square feet. The home will feature four bedrooms and four and a half baths situated around a large central great room. The home also will offer a separate dining room and study located near the front entrance along with a lanai and pool deck. The Regency Manor is currently priced from $999,990.
