Professional Community Management of California, Inc. (PCM) announced today the hiring of Isaiah S. Henry as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
Henry, a respected 11-year sales and marketing veteran in the association management industry, will join the growing company’s executive team.
Specific responsibilities will include developing and executing the company’s strategic marketing platform, identifying new markets in which the company will bring its superior management services, cultivating new strategic partnership, maintaining strong corporate relationships with association board members, vendors, and developers; and charting a course for continued rapid growth.
What’s more, Henry will have the opportunity to apply his expertise in brand strategy to develop and communicate the PCM story.

Henry has developed strong relationships with vendors, homebuilders and developers, which will ideally position PCM as it continues market expansion.

Henry brings to PCM a wide range of experience in business development, sales, marketing and planning as well as developing and mentoring local and remote sales managers, team members and support staff.

In his most recent role as Vice President, Business Development at The Merit Companies, Henry was responsible for the ongoing direction, leadership and management of all business development activity statewide within the various Merit Companies throughout California.
Henry, who is certified by the American Management Association, is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI), with whom he’s in the process of obtaining a PCAM certification.
Born in Brooklyn, the Irvine native serves on the Board of Directors for The Medical Supply Project International, a global non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies to people in need. Henry is also active in Mariners Church Irvine and in Young Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out to and developing life skills in adolescent youth.
