Fresno State Wide Receiver Rashad Evans and Punter/Kicker Andrew Shapiro Sign NFL Undrafted Free Agent Contracts

Rashad Evans signs with the Atlanta Falcons and Andrew Shapiro signs with the Houston Texans, says his sports agent/attorney Jill McBride Baxter.

Rashad Evans signs a three year deal with the Atlanta Falcons. He will rejoin his former head coach Pat Hill at the Atlanta Falcons. "Rashad is excited for the opportunity to play slot receiver and special teams with the Falcons." Rashad is a great punt and kick returner. He is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. His 4.4 speed will be an asset to Atlanta Falcons special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong. He can be a gunner on special teams because of his ability to get down the field quickly." Says his Sports Agent Jill McBride Baxter.

Rashad will be a great asset to the Falcons at the wide receiver position. He has great hands and can catch the ball in traffic. Once he gets the ball he is great at getting those extra yards a team needs to win a football game.

Andrew Shapiro signed a three year deal with the Houston Texans. "Andrew can hit 50 yard punts with 5.2 hang times. He is fantastic directional punter! He can Aussie punt and loves to tackle! He has strong kick off leg and kicks field goals, too. Andrew runs a 4.5 forty and is one of the most athletic and versatile specialist in the 2013 draft" says his Sports Attorney/Agent JIll McBride Baxter. Andrew is looking forward to being coached by Houston Texans Special Teams Coordinator Joe Marciano. Andrew will earn his Masters Degree from Fresno State in 2013.
