Watson Rounds, an intellectual property law firm with offices in Reno, Las Vegas and San Francisco, has added a senior intellectual property attorney to its practice.

Watson Rounds is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Cudnik to its intellectual property law firm. Mr. Cudnik is senior counsel with Watson Rounds and practices exclusively in the areas of intellectual property litigation and counseling. Before joining Watson Rounds, Mr. Cudnik honed his litigation and counseling skills with respected intellectual property law firms in New York City and Washington, DC.

Mr. Cudnik excels at complex patent litigation including multi-district litigations (MDL), Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigations, and unfair import investigations (section 337 patent infringement actions) in the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in high-profile patent litigation. Many of those litigations have involved “blockbuster” pharmaceutical products with global sales exceeding $1 billion per year.

Mr. Cudnik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, where he also played lacrosse. He earned his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys coaching and playing lacrosse and skiing at nearby Lake Tahoe.

Mr. Cudnik is licensed to practice in the states of New York and Maryland, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Since forming nearly 20 years ago, Watson Rounds now employs 10 attorneys, 11 full-time administrative staff and has law offices in Reno, Las Vegas and San Francisco.
