If you’ve got a perfectly good kitchen but you simply don’t like it, it’s a crime to rip it out and chuck it in landfill, especially when it’s much cheaper and easier to simply replace the doors.
(PRWEB UK) 3 May 2013
According to a recent survey conducted by UK based kitchen and bedroom door manufacturer Kitchen Door Workshop, Almost 72% of homeowners in the UK are more likely to renovate their current home than look to move house.
Out of the 72% nearly 87% of them would focus on revamping their kitchen first, with almost all of them opting to replace cabinet doors rather than a complete refit.
As a reward KDW offered those who partook in this survey their choice of replacement kitchen doors to get started in the revamping of their existing kitchen. The company recognise that in the current economic climate people have less money to spend on their homes. As a result, there’s now a smaller demand for complete renovation and a noticeable increase in the demand for a less costly compromise that can look just as incredible.
One of the participants, Sarah Lancaster, who was awarded new doors from the company, explained why she so thrilled to receive new cabinet doors.
“I’d recently moved into a new home and although the kitchen wasn’t to my taste it was perfectly sound and well set out, so I decided it really wasn’t worth the hassle and expense of complete replacement. A friend told me about the offer and I was delighted with the huge range of products and competitive prices I was able to choose from.
"I chose ultra-modern white doors with a high gloss finish and as my cupboards weren’t a standard size the company made them to measure. Once they’d arrived, it took just a few hours to take my old doors off and replace them. The doors I chose set me back a fraction of what a kitchen renovation would cost, but have completely transformed the space. Now I can’t help but smile every time I walk into my kitchen.”
Robert Clark, Managing Director of KDW, explains why he believes the company has proved to be such a rousing success.
“Over the last few years we’ve noticed a significant increase in business which we believe is down to our great selection of products and second to none service, but we also believe that homeowners are becoming more aware of certain issues which is helping our sales increase. For example, many of our clients choose to replace their doors rather than ripping out their entire room in order to be more environmentally conscientious. If you’ve got a perfectly good kitchen but you simply don’t like it, it’s a crime to rip it out and chuck it in landfill, especially when it’s much cheaper and easier to simply replace the doors. We offer clients a viable alternative to complete renovation which won’t break the bank and is better for the environment too.”
KDWs' Managing Director Robert Clark concluded that anyone who wants a kitchen that feels brand new without the stress, strain and expense of a renovation should consider their services.
“When you choose us, it’s easy to pick the perfect doors for your cabinets and we’ll even make them to measure so that you can enjoy a brand new kitchen without breaking the bank.”
