Security Innovation Seeks to Accelerate Global Growth for Company’s High-Demand Application Security Training Products and Services

Hires Peter Samson as VP of Market Development, and Tony Luzza as Director of International Channel Sales

Security Innovation announced today that it recently made two key hires chartered with developing the company’s worldwide partner ecosystem and bringing Security Innovation’s best-of-class products and services to a much broader market.

His experience as a Business Development Executive at Microsoft and General Manager for the largest business unit at Unisys is invaluable to Security Innovation’s developing market needs.”

Mr. Samson served in a consulting capacity for Security Innovation for the past two years during which he successfully orchestrated OEM deals for the company’s application security training products with HP, Trustwave, and others. Mr. Samson has held senior management positions at Global 500 organizations in the US and Japan, managed P&L business units of hundreds of millions of dollars, and spearheaded market and global sales operations.

As the Vice President of Market Development, Mr. Samson’s responsibilities will include strategic partnerships, creating innovative programs to capitalize on business development opportunities, setting the direction for the company’s product lines, and achieving the growth objectives of Security Innovation’s partner program.

Software applications are ubiquitous and run our mobile phones, cars, tablets, web sites, etc - creating the biggest attack surface in the IT industry today. Courses are available in English, Spanish, and Japanese, which is a unique offering with which it plans to penetrate international markets. To facilitate this, Security Innovation also hired Mr. Tony Luzza as Director of International Channel Sales, who will report directly to Mr. Samson.

Tony will lead a focused effort for the company’s partner revenue stream, and will spearhead the global channel sales strategy and partner enablement program. Mr. Luzza has extensive experience living abroad and will leverage existing networks of trusted partners to help Security Innovation quickly establish a local presence in those markets.

Mr. Luzza is a 20-year software channel sales professional with relevant work experience at Ipswitch, Gomez, and Compuware. He speaks several languages (English, Spanish, Italian and conversational in Portuguese), which will be essential in penetrating the Latin and South American markets as well Europe and Asia.
