Mark Allen Group has secured the services of MarketDeveloper, and the state of the art V5.1 of their CRM software, as they look to data management optimisation to assist their plans for continued business growth.

The MarketDeveloper V5.1 system contains an integrated marketing solution, which set them apart from the other companies we looked at.

Mark Allen Group is a media communications company, which publishes 46 specialist magazines, as well as organising related events and conferences in four key areas: healthcare, education, business and leisure. The Group has chosen MarketDeveloper to integrate all of their web, subscriber, prospect and billing systems into a single customer view. The potential for large data acquisition and subscriber growth is also expected to be a prominent feature of the relationship.

“We looked at a lot of different companies but in the end we decided that MarketDeveloper were the best fit for our needs,” said Ben Allen, CEO of Mark Allen Group, “the key factors for us were speed and flexibility; MarketDeveloper are prepared to tailor their cloud CRM application to our needs, and more importantly, fulfil all our requirements to tight deadlines. In addition, as well as providing a single customer view database, the MarketDeveloper V5.1 system contains an integrated marketing solution, which set them apart from the other companies we looked at. They are a unique company and we look forward to working together.”

The contract award is the latest achievement in what has already been an impressive year for MarketDeveloper. Having invested heavily in the cutting edge V5.1 of its software, the CRM marketing company is now looking to aggressive market expansion as the next step, offering a “rip out and replace” service to potential clients and aiming to add to an impressive roster that already includes Daily Mail, ScotRail, Visit Wales and The Department of Health.
