Since applications opened on April 1st, we've had a tremendous response from the startup community. One of the intangible benefits that selected startups will receive is access to mentoring by the top minds in the real estate and technology space.

Inman News™, the leader in independent real estate and technology news, announces the mentors participating in its real estate startup accelerator program, Inman Incubator.

The Inman Incubator is a year long mentorship, advisory and promotional program to help up to 25 new companies in the real estate industry succeed. The program is open to technology startups, brokerages, agents, service providers, and others in the real estate industry with new, innovative products and business models.

The mentors for the Inman Incubator program include: Lockhart Steele, Founder, Curbed; Pete Flint, CEO, Trulia; Spencer Rascoff, CEO, Zillow; Sherry Chris, CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate; Teresa Boardman, Realtor and Inman News columnist; Austin Allison, Founder, dotloop; Michele Serro, Founder, Doorsteps; Krisstina Wise, CEO, Goodlife Team; Adam Spencer, Co-Founder & Co-CEO, StreetAdvisor.com; Ian Morris, CEO, Market Leader, Inc.; Mike Ryan, Executive Vice President, RE/MAX, LLC; Jeff Lobb, VP Technology & Innovation, EXIT Realty Corp. Intl.; Patrick F. Stone, President & CEO, Williston Financial Group; Marc Davison, 1000watt Consulting; Matt Singer, Founder & CEO, Videolicious; and Jeff Turner, President, Zeek Interactive.

In addition to mentoring, participating startups will receive $100,000 in promotional consideration from Inman News, referrals to specialized startup accountants, banks, lawyers, technical groups and other service providers, business plan review, ongoing support, and two founder meetups per year in SF and NYC.
