Premiere National Provider of Office Space Focuses on Green Initiatives.

TechSpace, the national leader in flexible office space and technology services, hosted the fourth annual 2013 Sustainability Forum at their Aliso Viejo office on April 11, 2013. The theme of the event was “Sustainable Economic Development” and covered topics about sustainability for the long-term and how making a difference today can make an impact for years to come. Many businesses spoke about planning for the future and what changes they would like to implement for their companies to make an impact for tomorrow. The event included presentations and discussions by business professionals and leaders from the local Orange County area.

TechSpace agreed to participate in the event because of their long-term investment in eco-friendly practices. TechSpace provides companies and individuals a unique environment that increases productivity and efficiently delivers office space and technology services. The TechSpace solution provides optimum, state-of-the-art office space with no long-term commitments. Pre-configured, flexible office space is perfect for businesses of all sizes and provides a more sustainable solution than traditional office space by eliminating the need to re-improve space, saving companies money, time and valuable resources.

Victor Memenas, Chief Executive Officer of TechSpace got involved in the sustainability forum in order to demonstrate TechSpace’s support and commitment to sustainability and to address the ways in which TechSpace is a leader for such initiatives. In his keynote, Memenas spoke to the sustainability practices TechSpace focuses on. “We are fully on board and in support of making our offices more sustainable for future generations to come. Our space is naturally more sustainable by way of its smart design; reducing square footage per worker while maintaining and improving the user experience,” said Memenas. This augments the traditional eco-friendly best practices that have always been part of TechSpace’s culture. Energy efficient lighting, HVAC, recycling waste, recycling bins in the offices, e-cycling plastics, electronics, computers, servers and reducing the technology carbon footprint through server virtualization and other best practices are simply ingrained in TechSpace’s DNA and part of everyday life on their campuses.
