Opt-Intelligence Names New President and Chief Operating Officer

Leading Co-Registration Ad Network Strengthens Executive Team

Opt-Intelligence announced today that Craig Anderson has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Anderson adds critical depth to the executive team as it takes steps to build upon Opt-Intelligence’s industry leading online opt-in advertising technology platform and ad network.

Anderson was a Vice President in the restructuring practice of The Blackstone Group, a leading investment and advisory firm. His experience also includes five years with global law firm O’Melveny & Myers. While at O’Melveny & Myers, Anderson served as Opt-Intelligence’s outside counsel.

Anderson commented, “Management has done a great job of building a best-of-breed technology and an ethos of integrity and innovation at Opt-Intelligence. I am fortunate to be joining such a forward looking, respected company.”

Anderson received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
