CARIBIQUE has more than doubled the number of Caribbean villa rentals available over the past three months and is now able to offer more than 100 villas in fourteen popular Caribbean destinations. These locations include the Dominican Republic, Grenada and Saint Martin.

CARIBIQUE Villa Rentals, a new and innovative Caribbean villa rentals company based in the Turks and Caicos Islands, is pleased to announce its significant expansion and now has more than 100 Caribbean villa rentals to offer people looking for a premium Caribbean vacation rental. The number of Caribbean villas offered has more than doubled over the past three months.

“We are pleased to announce that we now have more than 100 beautiful Caribbean villa rentals,” Carl McBurnie, owner of CARIBIQUE, said. “The number of villa rentals listed on our website has effectively doubled over the past three months. All of the Caribbean villa rentals on the website are listed directly by the villa owners themselves or their authorized property managers.”

The most significant growth has been with the number of Saint Martin villa rentals growing from zero to 21 and also the addition of a further 18 Dominican Republic villa rentals. Beside these significant increases there has also been the addition of 5 villas in Grenada, 5 in the Turks and Caicos Islands, 2 in Antigua, 2 in Montserrat, 2 on the island of St. John in the US Virgin Islands, 1 in Anguilla and finally 1 in St. Lucia. Approximately half of the properties are beachfront and nearly all of them have ocean views. Prices range from less than $250 to more than $12,000 per night, so people with any budget can find the right villa for their vacation.

CARIBIQUE is constantly adding new properties to their website in an effort to provide rentals in all Caribbean destinations and anticipates further significant growth in the coming summer months. They are looking to add villas in Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Puerto Rico, St. Barts (St. Barths), St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and the US Virgin Islands. Currently, the website is offering a complimentary six month subscription for villa owners in these destinations who would like to list their property on CARIBIQUE at no risk.

“The past three months have been both extremely exciting and rewarding. Not only the significant growth, but also dealing with some of the most palatial fully staffed villas in the Caribbean and generating serious leads for them,” McBurnie said. “Personally, I was also equally pleased to add villas at the other end of the price scale on the stunningly beautiful and very authentic island of Montserrat. I’m really looking forward to introducing the lesser known islands of the Caribbean to a much broader range of potential guests.”

Villa owners interested in listing their property for rent can contact CARIBIQUE through their website to claim their free six month subscription. By offering a villa on the website, owners can expect to gain income off their property while they are not using it themselves.

CARIBIQUE Villa Rentals launched online in June 2012. It is a refreshingly different “by owner” villa rentals website. Decades of experience, expertise and creativity went into designing and developing an informative, inspiring, feature-rich and intuitive website.

The website is strictly for the Caribbean villa rentals, with no condos or apartments advertised and strictly listed only by their owners or the owner’s authorized property manager. Because every Caribbean villa listing on the website must be unique, real villa names are used along with a direct contact phone number.

CARIBIQUE Villa Rentals is owned and operated by CARIBIQUE LTD., a company in the “Beautiful by Nature” Turks and Caicos Islands.

We’re not just unique, we’re CARIBIQUE!
