LawnBott® available to increasing number of households in US and Canada

Kyodo America Industries Co., LTD is proud to announce its dealer network has reached 50 local dealers for the LawnBott® robotic mower line within the United States and Canada, just in time for grass cutting season.

Local dealers are a key to Kyodo America’s plans to bring robotic mowing to homeowners all across these two regions. Having professionally trained local dealers is very important to customer’s total satisfaction with robotic mowers. Each dealer is able to consult with the customer to find the right LawnBott® for their lawn, and offer complete installation and after sale support so they don’t have to worry about being intimidated by burying a wire or programming their robot.

According to John Tarvin, Marketing Manager for Kyodo America’s Robotics Division, “Having local dealers available to homeowners is very important for high customer satisfaction and to our growth as a brand. Being able to offer complete installation and service assures that our LawnBott® owners have the best possible experience.” Further, “With the LawnBott® and our growing dealer network, customers really can get their weekends back!”

Kyodo America continues to build its brand within the US and Canada and also its dealer base. “We are actively looking to expand the number of dealers across both regions. LawnBott® strives to offer a complete solution for the customer, not just a box and bag of wire," says Mr. Tarvin.

LawnBott® is a line of completely automatic robotic mowers. From the LB3510 for larger yards to the new for 2013 LawnBott® LB75 robotic mower for smaller yards, there is a LawnBott® for almost every yard and home. The LawnBott® LB75 robotic mower is brand new for 2013 and brings robotic mowing to a larger audience offering fully automatic performance at a lower price. With key features such as fully programmable, LCD display, rain sensor, auto-recharging and capable of handling up to three zones for the ultimate in yard control, the LB75 sets the standard in affordable automatic mowers. Unlike gas-powered mowers which strongly pollute the environment, LawnBott® robotic mowers are powered by Li-ion batteries and are smog free. Each LawnBott® only requires about $7-10 per year in electricity to operate and recharges automatically. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), approximately 54 million Americans mowing their lawns each weekend with gas-powered mowers may be contributing as much as five percent of the nation’s air pollution, and use 800 million gallons of gas per year, producing tons of air pollutants.

Kyodo America Industries, Co., LTD, is an Atlanta, GA based manufacturer of lawn & garden products and the LawnBott robotic mowers. LawnBott’s were originally developed in Italy and are making their way across the US and Canada. Since 2000, our robotic mowers have been helping homeowners maintain their yards without the sweat and aggravation of conventional mowers.
