Dr. Kristen Allot, of Dynamic Paths, stopped by the studios of The Brashenomics Radio Show, for an interview with Host Ben Brashen. The main topic for discussion was to be 5 Ways To Get More Energy, but other areas of interest were also discussed.
Host Ben Brashen opened the show with some general discussion about energy in general. Dr. Allott spoke about people’s ever increasing demands on their time, and how everybody needs more energy to meet these demands. Also, that at Dynamic Paths, they use a Holistic Approach, because it is all Natural, as opposed to using prescription drugs, or Over-The-Counter preparations, like products with Caffeine or Ephedrine, which have very negative side-effects.
Ben posed a question to his guest: “So, Dr. Allott, tell us the secret 5 Ways to Increase Energy, my listening audience could use some extra energy, and with young kids in the house, so can I”. Dr. Allott responded: “Well, it’s really no secret, it’s just a matter of using the information obtained from many studies. We know the five key elements that will provide us with consistently higher energy levels. When one of these areas are off, it affects our whole being.”
Dr. Allott goes on to say: “Let’s look at one of the most important factors - Sleep. Insufficient sleep is epidemic in our society. Lack of proper sleep affects every facet of our life. Energy, mood, healing, growth, and more. The body needs to know that at a certain specific time each day, it can shut-down and get rest, and at a certain specific time each day, it will wake-up. It sets our Internal Clock, and when changed, has a negative affect. Fatigue, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Weight Gain are some of the results of a lack of sleep.”
The interview went on to discuss how regular meals, exercise, water and limited alcohol consumption affects energy levels.
