We’ve successfully created two photo-shoots with European photographer Tomas Czurvlo and Claude Masselot both totally unique, plus an excellent relationship with British photographer Meg Hawkins whom we have something in the pipeline for later this year.

Noviamor is fully embracing the rise of e-commerce shopping with its extensive experience in the manufacturing industry topped off with the reinforcement of European design professionals. Over the last year, they have caught the attention of many brides to be with not only their ready to wear wedding dress collections, but with the custom design service that they offer to all brides at no extra charge. It’s no wonder brides are flocking to grab a bargain from a trusted online retailer.
Noviamor cleverly saw a gap in the market a few years back, with news of many brides unable to find the right design, phobias of bridal boutiques or simply just unable to stretch their wedding budget. German designer Nora stated “We knew it would be a challenge to open an online bridal store and knew the only way to be successful was to customize each dress according to each brides specific requirements and offer money back guarantees. We are still a fairly new brand so we have a long way to go, but in that last 18 months we have already overcome many potential problems, which we are now leaping over and in the last few months our revenue has increased by 40% as word of mouth and trust has built up. It’s great to finally see our hard work paying off and utterly rewarding to see so many happy brides.”
Nora spends her time evenly between the design office and the customer service team to ensure they are meeting buyers requirements, “We think it’s vital that the two work closely together, that way when our service team contact our customers, they have a clear idea of the bridal dress making process and time schedules.”
As a Hong Kong based company, Noviamor have not only focused on one region but are starting to look at the bigger picture by branching out into various groups who specialize in different countries, “Not only do our team speak several languages, but they are either native or have lived in that country for many years so they fully understand the market and what the brides requirements are, this way we can focus on certain designs for different countries, plus we get the added benefits of learning about different cultures and wedding styles; which is great for feeding ideas and information within the office”. Noviamor has now expanded its wings from Australia http://www.noviamorau.com/, over Europe and as far across as the US. http://www.noviamor.com/
Most of Noviamor’s success has come from brides who have envisioned something very different for their wedding day and who couldn’t find what they wanted without the hefty price tag or feelings of been inadequate with staff at their local bridal boutiques as Nora goes on to explain, “We were approached a few months back by a bride who wanted something slightly unconventional and who was fed up of seeing the same ivory lace dress that she knew would not suit her. After seeing the initial style she wanted, we as dress designers felt it might not work, but after good communication with the bride, step by step guiding to take her measurements and fabric swatch approvals, we managed to create the most stunning dress that would only be perfect for her.”
Not only do Noviamor plan to lead the way in dress design, but they also have their sights firmly set around the whole wedding concept, blog editor and native Brit Rachel told us about their search for wedding industry collaborations with photographers. “ we think it’s important to get a full understanding about what’s going on in the world of weddings and we love working with inspirational photographers who steer away from the mainstream ideas, which is really exciting to see. We have now successfully created two photo-shoots with Spanish photographer Tomas Czurvlo and French based photographer Claude Masselot, both which have been very unique, plus we have an excellent relationship with UK based photographer Meg Hawkins whom we have something in the pipeline for later this year”.
Noviamor plans to steam forward with its innovative design and continual improvements in service, with possible plans to open a small bridal showroom in the UK next year.
