The winner of this year's campaign will help further expand the Mindvalley Events division working on projects designed to create a world hub for culture, innovation and technology by connecting entrepreneurs.

Following the success of its debut in 2012, Mindvalley, one of the world’s fastest growing new media publishing companies, continues to redefine and reshape the concept of work with the “World’s Most Awesome Job” campaign, this time to expand its Events Department, which is led by last year's winner, Tanya Lopez.
CEO and Founder, Vishen Lahkiani, explains that he has built up Mindvalley upon a singular mission of inspiring 1 billion people by the year 2050, with a view to encourage discourse on topics that influence and impact humanity on an individual and collective basis. As part and parcel of this purpose, Mindvalley brings together opinion leaders and change-makers from across the globe at a not-for-profit event, Awesomeness Fest, in order to empower and arm them with new ideas and fresh connections to share with their communities.
Notable speakers at Awesomeness Fest have included: Emmy Award-winner Patricia Arquette, best-selling authors Lisa Nichols and Gabrielle Bernstein, Founder of JDV Hotels Chip Conley, Tony Award-winning creator of Avenue Q Jeff Marx and comedian Kyle Cease.
On the heels of its most successful event to date in Mexico in 2012, Awesomeness Fest is now expanding in 2013 with two events--one in Bali, Indonesia on August 23-25th and one in Punta Cana the Dominican Republic on November 7-10th.
The winner of this year's campaign will help plan both Awesomeness Fest events as well as help further expand the Mindvalley Events division helping with projects like Zentpreneur and Project Renaissance, an initiative designed to create a world hub for culture, innovation and technology by connecting entrepreneurs.
Of course, encouraging growth and development through such events would be pointless if Mindvalley did not employ the same approach within its HQ. Powered by a team of 110 people from over 30 different countries working together in the unique location of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Vishen confides that the team “chose to live their lives in Flow. Set big bold goals, but enjoy the journey. Refuse to tie happiness to goals to make it possible to live life in the moment and express gratitude for the little things that make them happy."
The result? A happier, more productive workplace, as evident from Mindvalley's raking among WorldBlu's List of Most Democratic Workplace six years in a row and attracts talent from all around the world to move to Kuala Lumpur to work in the gorgeous Mindvalley HQ (voted by readers of Inc Magazine as one of the World's Coolest Workplaces for 2012).
Looking forward, eyes are set on the next step that Mindvalley takes to serve the world and, as far as Vishen is concerned, that step is clearly mapped in the Awesomeness Fest movement.
Opening the position for Events Manager, Mindvalley is calling for a visionary, dreamer or even a rockstar to help create the ultimate transformational event for people who are driven to change the world. The job requires an applicant who is willing to grow, meet amazing people and contribute to humanity and ultimately – the planet.
From now until May 15th 2013, interested candidates are urged to send a copy of their resume to Mindvalley along with a 3-minute YouTube video declaring why they are the most suitable candidate to join the Mindvalley Events team and join the Afest tribe.
Led by CEO and Founder Vishen Lakhiani, Mindvalley’s goal is to push humanity forward through culture hacking and revolutionizing the global education system through its businesses, inspiring events and epic movements.
