FGI Research Wins Hermes Gold Award for Website Redesign

North Carolina market research firm recognized for digital update and rebranding of http://www.fgiresearch.com.

FGI Research was recognized with a 2013 Gold Hermes Creative Award in the Website Overall/Business to Business category for its recent website redesign and rebranding.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. Winners in the 188 categories are judged and selected by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (http://www.amcpros.com).

This year, there was a total of 5,600 entries into the competition, which came from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, graphic design shops, production companies, web and digital creators and freelancers. About 15 percent received a Platinum Award and 19 percent the Gold Award. A list of all the winners is available at the Hermes Creative Awards website (http://www.hermesawards.com).

FGI Research worked with St. Paul, MN-based web design firm, Media Junction, to get the look and feel just right. “This is a very exciting win for us,” says Corey Dall, Marketing Manager, who was the project lead and the content strategist for the redesign. “The new site is a better reflection of who FGI Research is and shows off all the amazing advanced market research and marketing science that we’re doing.”

David Wilson, CEO, agrees. “The award serves as great validation for all of the hard work that went into the redesign and rebranding. As a company, we’re moving in bold directions this year, and this new site is an integral part of that.”
