Hulett to accelerate growth for digital platform company by strengthening and expanding end-to-end user experience.

ClickBank announced today it has appointed Matt Hulett to its executive leadership team as Chief Executive Officer. Founded in 1998, ClickBank has helped tens of thousands of people gain more financial control and freedom by turning their knowledge, passions, hobbies and work experiences into an additional source of ongoing income.

ClickBank’s platform offers a compelling suite of tools that help people create, manage, promote and sell e-books, audio tracks, videos and more through dedicated websites. Already, ClickBank hosts more than 60,000 digital products, which are available to consumers across more than 190 countries around the world. And with a huge global network of over 100,000 affiliate marketers to help promote these digital goods, about 30,000 transactions are made each day through ClickBank’s digital platform.

Hulett, the former president of the gaming division at RealNetworks Inc., has relocated from Seattle to Boise for the position, and will oversee 110 employees. He brings with him more than 23 years of experience in the tech industry, and will focus on new growth strategies for the company in the digital publishing market. He takes the reigns from Bradley Wiskirchen, who will continue to serve as Chairman of ClickBank. Wiskirchen remains the CEO of Kount, the leading fraud and risk-management company, and Keynetics, the parent company of Kount and ClickBank.

“Matt is well known and respected throughout the tech industry for his deep knowledge, management skills and broad expertise across diverse industries like entertainment, travel, consumer and enterprise software,” said Wiskirchen. “Under his leadership, we are looking forward to embarking on the rapid expansion of ClickBank.”

Prior to leading the games division at RealNetworks, Hulett was the Executive Chairman and CEO of AdXpose Corporation. He was also President of the corporate travel division of Expedia, Inc., the world's largest online travel company, where he launched the corporate travel business from an idea to a billion dollar worldwide leader in just a couple of years.

“I’m thrilled to join an already strong team that’s delivering truly amazing online experiences to information entrepreneurs around the world,” said Hulett. “It is a privilege to lead this team through its next accelerated growth phase and beyond.”
