Company doubles capacity and adds over 30 jobs.

CloudBlue Technologies, Inc., a leader in electronics asset disposition, has expanded its Chandler, Arizona facility to 60,000 square feet to accommodate the tremendous growth CloudBlue has experienced over the past 18 months. In order to support the most recent expansion, CloudBlue has hired 30 new employees and anticipates additional resources will be needed for green tech jobs in the coming months.

The additional square footage acquired will be utilized to meet customer demand for CloudBlue’s services in enterprise IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), Consumer Electronics Returns and Depot Repair. Unit volumes in the Chandler facility have increased by over 400% during the past 6 months. CloudBlue now serves 30 of the Fortune 100 corporations.

The rising interest in sustainable practices has been instrumental in CloudBlue’s growth. The increased awareness of the importance for responsible management of electronic waste (e-waste) has led organizations to seek service partners with critical certifications, such as e-Stewards, to ensure that their assets are reused whenever possible and recycled properly. In addition to signing contracts with new customers, CloudBlue has also had current clients expand the scope of their services with CloudBlue to streamline their asset disposition programs.

“We are excited by the increased demand we have received for our services and grateful to have earned the trust of large customers in a variety of industries,” said Ken Beyer, CEO of CloudBlue. “These organizations require world-class facilities and certified processes that meet the highest standards of data security and environmental compliance. Our Chandler facility embodies these characteristics and its continued expansion is a testimony to the operation team’s great work.
