Outside of traditional incoming calls, Wayfair makes a significant amount of outbound calls, giving them the need for a simple way to integrate a dialer and other outbound functionality. AMC was able to deliver a client solution that leveraged AMC’s robust product suite, Contact Canvas. AMC provided CTI enabled features including click-to-dial and the ability to take quick and easy notes during and after the call that kept the call sales process flowing. As a result, Wayfair.com’s team has increased efficiency in executing and logging outbound calls.
