Most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales at HireVue, Scott led the global sales team that defined the digital interviewing category and grew the customer base to over 300 companies including Walmart and Starbucks. Prior to that, he drove sales performance at some of the leading HR technology companies in SuccessFactors, Taleo and CareerBuilder. Most importantly, at every stop during his career, he has a proven track record of helping organizations improve and get more value out of their HR and recruitment processes and strategy.
