Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, has increased its sales of residential aluminum sunrooms, patio covers and screen pool enclosures throughout South Florida by 150 percent so far in 2013, due partly to its successful marketing through the Pembroke Pines Home Depot and 40 other stores in the chain, Venetian President Chris Noe said. Retail displays in Home Depot stores have generated sales almost equal to direct sales through Venetian, Noe said.

Our designers make each project work for the homeowner’s needs and budget, for the house we are expanding, and for the neighborhood. We don’t believe that one size or one style fits all.

Sales of Venetian Builders, Inc., sunrooms, patio covers and screen enclosures through the Pembroke Pines Home Depot have contributed to a 150 percent increase in residential business for the metro Miami-based company, President Chris Noe said today.

Venetian Builders has placed retail sales displays in 41 South Florida Home Depots in the second half of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013, Noe said.

“We’re thrilled with the reaction to our display by Home Depot customers,” Noe said. “Any time you can increase business by more than double you have to feel that a campaign has been more successful than you could have imagined.” The displays open to show shoppers 8 running feet of Venetian design and materials options. Shoppers who request a no-cost at-home consultation get a look at even more examples, including life-size working doors and windows, insulated wall and roof panels, and screening, all displayed at the curb.

This year’s sales boost follows 2012 residential sales that already were a company record, Noe said.

Pembroke Pines is just one of several Broward County communities that have contributed to making Broward the top generator of Venetian sales, Noe said. Broward sales for Venetian surpassed Miami-Dade in 2012 for the first time, Noe explained.

Noe attributed Venetian’s success not only to its marketing effort, but also to its design sense and insistence on quality.

“We know that the best Pembroke Pines sunroom isn’t always the ideal Boca Raton solarium or Davie 4 season room,” Noe said. “Our designers make each project work for the homeowner’s needs and budget, for the house we are expanding, and for the neighborhood. We don’t believe that one size or one style fits all.”

The company meets or exceeds the tough Florida Building Code, including its strict regulations for high-wind areas, such as along lakes, ponds, canals, parks and golf courses. It installs giant skylights, for example, that are part of a factory-designed, integrated roof system that meets code.

Venetian serves all Pembroke Pines neighborhoods, including Alhambra, Chapel Trail, Estancia, Grand Palms, Laguna Isles, Towngate, Pembroke Falls and Pembroke Isles. It also serves nearby communities, including Southwest Ranches and Sunshine Acres.

“We can get homeowners into their additions or outdoor rooms sooner than they might expect because we have permitting experts who specialize in working with municipal officials and homeowners associations,” Noe said. “That saves time and money.”

Venetian designs and builds aluminum sunroom additions; patio roofs, including aluminum pergolas and lattice; and screen pool enclosures for homeowners in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys and all communities nearby and in between.
