My team and I work to create resources that help buyers boost confidence in their homes search
Saint Anthony, MN (PRWEB) May 08, 2013
Buying a new home can be a long and exhausting process. The initial online search can be the most discouraging process when buyers call on homes that turn out to already be sold. Kris Lindahl will host a seminar later this week at which he will show buyers resources that can reduce the chances of this happening.
"My team and I work to create resources that help buyers boost confidence in their homes search," Lindahl said. One resource that will be demonstrated at the seminar is the Minnesota Buyer Search website that Lindahl created himself. "This is the resource buyers need if they want to be one step ahead of the rest," the experienced agent said.
Using the website buyers can fill out a short form regarding what they're looking for in a home and receive a real-time email within minutes. Within the email will be a customized search criteria built by Lindahl and a hyperlink to all homes matching that criteria.
"Once the buyer expresses interest in a home we make it a priority to get them to the property before it is sold," Lindahl said. Following the presentation Lindahl will answer any questions from the audience.
