The NC Eminent Domain Law Firm is offering complimentary case evaluations for business and property owners that will be affected by the City of Greensboro’s widening of the busy intersection at Battleground Ave., Cone Blvd. and Benjamin Pkwy.

According to the City of Greensboro's website, the city held a public meeting in April 2013 for those affected by the changes and maps detailing who will be affected can be found on their website. Right-of-way acquisitions are already underway and construction is slated to begin in the summer of 2014.The design proposes to add three separate turn lanes to intersection.

Agents working for the city are expected to contact property owners and make offers soon, if they have not already.
