Wok Box unveils their newest item on the menu, a mildly spicy bite-sized treat called cheesy kimchi Fire Balls.

Wok Box is really on the edge of bringing these food ideas to markets where they might otherwise not be easily experienced.

Wok Box reveals their newest exciting feature menu addition: Cheesy Kimchi Fire Balls. Each dish includes, four delicious panko breaded rice balls with cheddar cheese and kimchi, drizzled with Vietnamese barbecue sauce and Firecracker mayo.

This week, Wok Box’s Cheesy Kimchi Fire Balls are being introduced at the Hillsboro, Portland location, where they are already a huge hit and a mainstay on the menu at the Scottsdale, Arizona location. Across Canada, the Fire Balls are being released at all store locations from coast to coast. People cannot get enough of these flavor packed mini bite sized treats.

“Customers come to Wok Box to experience great Asian flavors and look for us to expose them to new taste sensations. The Fireballs do just that! They are infused by the grassroots culinary scene taking place with street food across North America. Wok Box is really on the edge of bringing these food ideas to markets where they might otherwise not be easily experienced,” explains Lawrence Eade, Director and Chief Financial Officer.

These new items were created in the Wok Box Test Kitchen where the goal is to bring new Asian inspired flavors to the masses using the freshest and healthiest ingredients.

A cross promotion in conjunction with the release of the Cheesy Kimchi Fire Balls, will be the introduction of an Instagram photo contest, where customers will be encouraged to photograph themselves eating the Fire Balls in various and creative ways. Customers can take a photo, upload it to Instagram with the hashtag #wbfireballs. Two winners will be selected from the entries at the end of the promotion.
