International law firm Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP advised Rentokil Initial PLC on its sale of City Link Limited to BECAP12 Fund LP (“Better Capital”), a private equity investor.
The current City Link management team will continue to run the business, with £40m in funding from Better Capital to complete City Link’s turn-around plan.
