UK women want Great Britain’s defence personnel to make love, not war, according to new research from online dating site VictoriaMilan.co.uk that reveals the country’s sexiest professions.
VictoriaMilan.co.uk launched survey among its 25 000 UK members to find out the jobs that are the biggest turn-ons. Working for the National Defence Force came out on top with the ladies, polling 14.1 per cent of the female vote.
“Wars aren't sexy but its fighters are,” said Sigurd Vedal, founder of VictoriaMilan.co.uk, an online dating site specifically for married and otherwise attached British seeking a discreet flirt or real-life affair.
Defence forces (14.1%), emergency services (10.8%) and trades and services (7.6%) are the sexiest professions in the eyes of British women, while British men have the hots for workers in sport and recreation (11.4%), healthcare and medical (9.4%) and hospitality and tourism (6.7%). Overall, sport and recreation (9.2%), defence forces (9.0%) and healthcare and medical (6.9%) fill the top three spots.
“The majority of British (53.5%) think there’s something irresistible about people in uniform, although the allure of coordinated apparel diminishes with age on a sliding scale. Nearly three-quarters (73.9%) of British under the age of 30 find people in uniform sexy but only just over one-quarter (25.7%) of British aged 60 or more concur,” commented Vedal.
VictoriaMilan.co.uk is UK controversial infidelity site whose tagline is “Relive the passion – find your affair”. The European leading online dating site is specifically designed for married and otherwise attached adults seeking a discreet flirt or real life affair.
Founded in October 2010 by happily married Sigurd Vedal, Victoria Milan has currently more than 2.0 million members in 19 countries.
