Deere Park Association to supervise Classic Home Brands (Formerly Thomasville) Store Closing

The Classic Home Brands Furniture store on Shelbyville Road in Louisville Kentucky is closing forever. Deere Park Associates (http://www.dpa-inc.com), one of America's most prestigious furniture consultants, was hired to supervise the store closing event where large crowds were seen lining up in anticipation of buying fine furniture at savings up to 75% off.

After serving the Louisville area as Thomasville Brand Furniture, the owners of this store made the difficult decision to no longer sell Thomasville Furniture, and with the change of their name to Classic Home Brands to liquidate all inventory and go out of business. For this limited time special event, many famous brands will be available such as Thomasville, Bernhardt, Hooker, Hammary, Flexsteel, A.R.T any many others. The doors to the Going Out of Business-Final Liquidation will open promptly at 10:00 AM on Wednesday May 8th. This total liquidation regardless of cost will continue only while inventory remains.

The Classic Home Brand formerly Thomasville store is best known for quality furniture and outstanding values. The decision to close was made by owner, Dan Dougherty. Dougherty stated, "The decision to close our business was difficult. Classic Home Brands is a part of the history in Louisville and we have loved being a part of so many families' lives. But we have decided to move on. Dougherty went on to assure current customers that Classic Home Brands will honor all existing orders and warranties.

Dougherty continued his comments by saying: " We will offer reductions on every item in our inventory up to 75% off. Customers can choose from almost an acre of furniture from such well-known manufacturers as Thomasville, Hooker, A.R.T, Universal, Hammary and many others. Over $2 million dollars of inventory will be sold as quickly as possible at the lowest prices in the store's history. With the assistance of Deere Park, we will have the staff and resources to best serve our customers. Clearly they are the best consultants in the Home Furnishings Industry.

The Deere Park staff, alongside of current Classic Home Brand employees, will insure that each customer receives the same personalized attention that Classic Home Brands has provided.
