People are raving about the artisan cheese & wine classes being held at Fancifull Gift Baskets and Fine Foods in Hollywood, CA. With 26 years of of fine food and wine under their belts, Terry & Wally August are now sharing their knowledge, passion and joy of living with delighted guests in their store on Melrose Avenue, just a stone's throw from Paramount Pictures.

It sits within walking distance of Paramount Pictures on Melrose Avenue, yet if you blink, you just might miss it. Still, FanciFull Fine Food & Baskets has been quietly preparing fantastic creations filled with extraordinary foods and wine for a quarter century. Now Terry and Wally August, the founders of Fancifull, are throwing open the doors to both their shop and their coolers and inviting the public in for their Artisan Cheese Classes. Held in their Hollywood store, each 90-minute class takes the students on a culinary adventure of taste and smell. They learn about the basic types of cheese while tasting them and playing with different food and wine pairings. This always leads to a lively exchange of impressions and questions and personal discoveries. Throughout they are being entertained and enlightened by the insights and stories that Terry and Wally have accumulated over their years of travel and study, both here and abroad.

Quite a change from when the Augusts first started making gift baskets in their living room 26 years ago. Their little business has blossomed into one of the country's finest artisan gourmet gift shops and they are becoming renowned as energetic and informative instructors and lecturers. People are raving about them on Yelp.

They have catered to presidents Bush, Clinton and Obama, and A-List Celebrities such as Johnny Depp, John Travolta, Charlize Theron, Tim Burton, David & Victoria Beckham, and the late Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor, to name just a few.

Their gift baskets have also been props on numerous TV shows and movies, including No Strings Attached, Ugly Betty, Private Practice, and they've also been featured on The Food Network.

And still, their commitment to creating artisan baskets filled with real food and unusual finds, either locally or internationally, is anything but a chore. It's their passion.
