After two years of contracting with an outside call center in Illinois, Dazadi.com has brought the customer experience back in-house. After four months of preparation, the Dazadi.com’s Customer Experience Center will open at the company headquarters in West Hills, California May 10th, 2013. “It just became clear that our products are too complicated for an outsourced call center to handle. We have a lot of high ticket, high touch items that require a lot of support from us, and we just weren’t able to get that from the outsourced call center,” said Elan Klaristenfeld, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Dazadi.com.
