Armstrong Cabinet Products, a brand of ACProducts, Inc., is debuting more than 380 new cabinet styles and accessories to offer more decorative and functional cabinet options, including a great-looking, low-VOC emitting Maple veneer door style; dozens of installed accessories; and door styles in a new wood species: Rustic Alder – a brand new look for the line, with natural character featuring pinholes and knots.

This wide-ranging product launch ensures the best selection of smart, quality products at a variety of price levels for the new home and remodeling markets. With an eye on trends affecting single- and multi-family new construction and renovations, Armstrong Cabinets offers new solutions to meet the hottest must-haves.

“Armstrong Cabinets works closely with customers and trade professionals to provide a variety of stylish and well-designed options,” said Louis Nemeth, manager, ACPI Product Management. “This large product launch meets the needs of building professionals, designers and home décor enthusiasts alike.”

New Rustic Alder Wood has the Personality of Knotty Cherry
Rustic wood cabinets can offer an alternative to smooth, painted cabinets and give an organic, comfortable feel to the kitchen. Three new Alder door styles – Shaker, Arch and Raised Panel – with two drawer options bring a rustic, textured look to the kitchen. The random knots, some small and tight and others large, help give Alder a cozy presence. Eleven different stain and glaze colors, from Double Espresso to Mocha Brown Glaze, and from Cinnamon to a clear, natural Crystal, highlight the wood’s beautiful grain, and enhance the cabinets’ distressed, rustic complexion. Plus, Alder is a great candidate for any sustainable wood product; the typical Alder tree grows quickly at a rate of almost three feet a year, but rarely is more than 65 feet tall.

Eco-Friendly Options at Value Pricing
Armstrong Cabinets offers eco-friendly, low-VOC emitting materials to provide added options when building or remodeling a home or buying cabinetry. Origins™ Premier™ No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF) particle board construction is a cost-competitive option, whether for multi-family or single-family projects. Plus, Novara, a new Maple veneer door style with five stain options – Bordeaux, Espresso, Mocha, Natural and Toffee – offers sleek styling and green features that will fit well in any budget. This line utilizes a urea-formaldehyde free, soy-based adhesive called PureBond® for the door’s core.

In addition, 35 new decorative molding SKUs, medallions, valances, posts and legs, as well as 94 columns, provide more decorative enhancements that align with current design trends and fulfill the need for high-style, quality cabinets. The addition of decorative moldings can make a dramatic difference in the architectural style of a home and accent the cabinetry. The beauty of decorative elements and accessories can transform the look of cabinets from simple to extravagant.

When it comes to cabinetry style, each client has her own individual ideas. What everyone does want are integrated storage solutions; all the gadgets that make storage more organized and functional. New organizational features range from a 36-inch Super Susan with 32-inch Diameter Susan Trays to beautiful wood kitchen hood coverings to installed spice drawers and grocery bag holders.

“Aesthetics, function and cost are primary concerns when designing a kitchen and our goal is to present different options so customers can make individual choices with confidence,” said Nemeth.
