Continued delivery of high value results has increased demand for Lone Star services requiring additional high quality team members to be hired.

Lone Star continues to see a broad increase in demand from both existing and new clients

Using its unique modeling and simulation tools and processes, Lone Star continues to experience substantial growth in its core decision support businesses. Key solution areas experiencing growth include Acquisition & Procurement, Competitions Solutions, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Training Systems. Consequently, each area has expanded its capability to support client demands.

“Lone Star continues to see a broad increase in demand from both existing and new clients,” said Matthew Bowers, Vice President of Corporate Development. “Our continued delivery of high value results has increased demand for our services and enabled us to hire additional high quality team members,” he noted.

Lone Star’s more comprehensive Price-to-Win offering for prime contractors in the Aerospace & Defense, Homeland Security, and Intelligence markets was one reason for the addition of new personnel. “While we have always offered support on large strategic opportunities, we felt we could add significant value to clients across a broader spectrum of their competitive pursuits,” said Mr. Bowers. “Additional experienced team members were needed to ensure we could support this exciting growth, and continue our excellent track record in head-to-head competitions.”

Another reason for the expansion within Lone Star was because more clients are realizing the value of utilizing the highly sophisticated TruNavigator™ Decision Analysis modeling environment. TruNav generates simulations that provide high confidence understanding of the range of potential outcomes for any decision, regardless of size or complexity. TruNav clients can easily visualize and understand potential outcomes due to the intuitive graphical outputs and can quickly run “what if” scenarios to generate a level of understanding not previously capable with other tools.

In addition to adding new team members, Lone Star CEO Steve Roemerman has announced a number of promotions. They include:

Basil Gray – Vice President, National Capitol Region
Kelly Hartley – Vice President, Delivery & Operations
Nancy Nelson – Vice President, Finance & accounting
Pam Ireland – Director, Business Development
Ricardo Lopez – Director, Competitive Solutions
Jim Robinson - Director, Tools & Technology

“We are pleased to see the growth in our company and our people. Without them, Lone Star would not be enjoying the success we are seeing,” Mr. Roemerman said.
