Spring Brook Twp, PA (PRWEB) May 15, 2013
The aftermath of Hurricane Sandy has led to the explosive growth of mold in homes throughout the devastated areas of New York and New Jersey. “The lack of proper remediation procedures, equipment, and personnel has hampered recovery and could cause indoor air quality issues for years afterwards,” noted Bill Wright, President of TruPro Restoration/TruPro Remediation Services Group.
TruPro Restoration is proud to announce the company’s partnership with the not for profit, Coalition of Hope Foundation, Inc. (COH). Mr. Wright has tirelessly worked with the Coalition of Hope Foundation to raise awareness of the dangers of mold in homes damaged by Hurricane Sandy. Together with the COH, Mr. Wright has served on the Rockaways Resilience Network Working Group in order to bring attention to the air quality issues as well as devise a process for properly remediating structures while providing for the health and safety of workers and occupants. Mr. Wright has also performed extensive surveys on a volunteer basis of homes and neighborhoods recovering from Hurricane Sandy.
To this end, Mr. Wright has created a presentation that has been shared with local and regional leaders to help inform the public of the risks from the hurricane cleanup. His presentation consists of anecdotal information, photographs from affected homes and areas, as well as extensive data and statistics. It may be viewed at http://www.COHRelief.org.
TruPro Restoration is one of the leading mold removal companies on the East Coast, and is headquartered in Spring Brook Township, PA. TruPro Restoration also is a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) licensed radon mitigation company.
