Nucsafe Inc. today announced that it has successfully completed the deployment of contamination radiation detection systems for Tokyo Metropolitan Port Authority, Yokohama City Port Authority and Yokohama Port Association. This deployment utilizes Nucsafe’s Guardian® Radiation Detection Systems to scan cargo containers being exported from Japan for radiation contamination as a result of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. These large area systems are unique in their uniform dose rate response. With this deployment, Nucsafe provided radiation detection systems, which ensure cargo containers are free from contamination for shipment around the world.
