In today’s world, finding a company to help solve income tax problems can be as simple as searching the internet for tax debt relief. In order to increase its online presence, CTR has developed four new websites. This team of tax experts also expects the websites to provide resources and answers for both potential and current clients. After months of design and implementation, CTR is ready for the new websites to go live.

“In this day and age, you don’t get anywhere without a good website. Our tax professionals have spent months coming up with four newly designed sites that will serve four of our local markets. While this isn’t a test run, as the sites have been designated as fully functional and useful, we plan to roll out more sites like these in the future if feedback is positive. Any constructive criticism will be taken into account in future versions,” stated a CTR taxation attorney.

To make the development process more efficient, CTR’s designers created a single theme across all of the sites. The management team weighed in on the content requirements for each site. The sections of the site were divided to highlight the different problems each individual may encounter when dealing needing back tax help. The purpose for this content division was to direct potential clients to the right contacts.

CTR’s IT department spent significant time with tax professionals, including company case managers, to develop the content for the new websites. The visual design aspects of the sites were meant to convey a sense of professionalism while making navigation of the site easy for those who are not very familiar with technology. The company also included access to forms and questionnaires that would help taxpayers better understand what their tax experts are talking about during future conversations.

“The whole point of technology is to improve the client’s experience. We are in the business of solving tax problems. Our tax lawyer IRS specialists can now supply taxpayers with better tools to help them find resolutions that fit their financial lives. We’ve set these websites up to grow as we find new uses for them. Our designers already have plans for future implementations such as blogs and tax news information centers,” stated a CTR representative.

CTR offers tax debt resolution and tax services for individuals and businesses across the United States. The company uses a three step program to create personalized strategies to help taxpayers settle their IRS debt. The company offers many services, including: state and federal tax debt resolution, IRS audit defense, tax preparation and bookkeeping.
